How to Attend
Registration: Early bird registration opens soon! Secure your spot for a weekend full of fun and adventure. Sign up for your games, panels, and workshops as soon as the schedule goes live to get your preferred slots.
Plan Your Experience: Browse the schedule to see what games and events you’d like to participate in. You can sign up for as many (or as few) games as you like and even submit your own to run!
Check-in & Badge Pickup: When you arrive at AcadeCon, head to registration to pick up your badge, program guide, and any swag you’ve earned from pre-registration. Your badge grants you access to all events throughout the weekend.
Get Ready to Game: Once you’ve checked in, it’s time to hit the tables! Make sure to bring your dice, snacks, and a sense of adventure. If you’re running a game, be sure to bring all your materials and get ready to share an amazing experience with your players.
